Death penaltys

Here are some other offenses other then murder that have had a sentence to execution

In the 2007, Texas passed a law that stated a second conviction of rape to a child under the age of 14 is punishable by the death penalty.

In 2006, Oklahoma, if you are charged with rape or Sodomy of a victim under the age of 14 years old and you have had a prior conviction of the same offense then you will be punish with the death penalty.

In 2006, South Carolina, a law was passed that if you sexually abuse a minor under the age of 11 years old then your conviction is execution by means of the state.

In 1995, In Louisiana, if you are convicted with aggravated rape of child under the age 13 years old then you will receive the death penalty.
